INCENTIVE/FIT:At Scarlet's current canon point she has been kidnapped, interrogated, beaten, tortured and humiliated at the hands of several different Lunars. She is not in the best of places right now, but through it all she has kept her sanity and her heart. It's hard to hope for much of anything, but somehow the odd conversation with Princess Winter left Scarlet with a bit of something. So when she was approached about a deal with Eudio she did not ask for something like revenge. Instead, what she asks for is for something that will bring more hope - the ruin of Queen Levana. She has hope that this will give Cinder and the others the opportunity they need to make Luna a better place and save the Earth.

Because of her treatment on Luna, Scarlet will be mistrustful at first. Physical touches and intimacy is something she will have to work towards. She isn't someone who'd just jump into a stranger's arms to begin with, but there is certainly an added layer of trauma to go along with it. She has a lot of issues she'll have to work through, but she'll be determined not to let the past dictate her future. She won't let it hold her back for long. With help, especially, she'll be able to work through things and find a way to be comfortable in her own skin again.
